Terms & Conditions
PA Aromatherapy Oils Ltd reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and will take effect once they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms & conditions each time you use the website. Each time you log onto the site and place an order you will be bound by the latest terms & conditions.
Ordering
Ordering could not be easier, you can place an order either by telephone on 01274 831513 7 days a week. By e-mail at paaroma.co.uk or via the website at www.aromystique.com .Once you have placed an order by the website you will be sent an auto generated order acknowledgement report by e-mail listing every item you have ordered and how much postage will cost. It is your responsibility to check your name and address and the delivery address that you have supplied are complete and accurate. No refund will be given on items delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part or on part of a third party.
We aim to process your order with in 5-6 business days once the order has been placed. We can not accept responsibility for delayed parcels due to incorrect credit or debit card details given. All payment transactions are conducted through a secure web server (see also our privacy Policy)


Prices

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

The prices are exclusive of VAT, this will be charged at17.5%, and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our information about How to Order.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you,

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, on occasion a product or products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that where a product's correct price is less than our stated price; we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Payment
Please make cheques payable to ‘PA Aromatherapy Oils Ltd’. If you pay by card, the name ‘PA Aromatherapy Oils Ltd appear on your card statement.

Returning Goods and Cancellation of Orders
Here at PA Aromatherapy we what you to be happy with all our products. So if you are 100% not satisfied we are happy to refund replace or exchange any item(s) returned to use in a unused state. If you wish to cancel any order this must be done in the the first 24 hrs of ordering.
